Returns

CLUTCH Straps will accept returns within 45 days of purchase on new saleable merchandise.  

We will refund 100% of the original purchase price less shipping, if applicable. 

Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and in original packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders. 

All returns must include a CLUTCH Straps issued Return Merchandise Authorization # (‘RMA’ #). 

To start a return, please email customerservice@clutchstraps.com or use the contact form below and include the following information: 

• Order Number 
• Item(s) being returned 
• Reason for return 
• Picture of product to confirm condition 

If item is acceptable for return, CLUTCH Straps will provide an RMA #. 

The RMA # must be visible on the outside of the return package. 

Note: All shipping fees including customs and duties are the responsibility of the consumer.
